Privacy Notice

Tally stores the countdowns, tasks, display preferences, app settings, and reminder choices you create in the app's local storage on your device. If you choose a background photo, Tally copies the selected image into the app's private local storage so it remains available to your countdown.

Jaki does not receive this content, and Tally does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.

Tally asks for notification permission only when you choose to enable a countdown or task reminder. If you allow permission, Tally schedules local notifications through iOS. Reminder details are not sent to Jaki.

You can turn reminders off in Tally and change Tally's notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Tally accesses your photo library only when you choose to select a countdown background. The photo you select is used in the app and is not uploaded to Jaki. Your broader photo library is not collected or transmitted by Tally.

When you choose to share a countdown, Tally prepares a text summary and opens the iOS share sheet. Nothing is shared until you select a destination and complete the action. Content you send to another app or service is handled under that destination's privacy practices.

Tally does not include third-party advertising, advertising trackers, or analytics services. Jaki does not sell or share Tally app data for advertising and does not use Tally content to profile you.

App content remains on your device until you delete it in Tally or remove the app. Uninstalling Tally deletes its local app container from the device. Apple may separately handle device backups according to your iCloud and device settings.

Because Jaki does not receive or maintain your Tally content, we generally cannot retrieve or restore it for you.

Tally does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app's local-only design applies to all users.

We may update this notice when Tally's features or legal requirements change. We will update the date and version above when we make a change.
