These Messaging Terms govern SMS text messages sent by Jaki Group, Inc. (“Jaki,” “we,” or “us”) in connection with the Jaki platform and related household operations services.

Program description

Jaki may send SMS messages to platform users, principals and family members, household staff, and internal Jaki operators. Messages may include verification codes, account and platform access notices, household operations updates, task coordination, service updates, and replies from Jaki AI.

Message frequency varies based on household activity and your role in the platform.

Consent

By providing a phone number and opting into SMS messaging in the Jaki platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from Jaki at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Jaki SMS message. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.
