Privacy Notice
Last updated August 14, 2026 · Version 2026-08-14.1
This Privacy Notice explains how Jaki Group, Inc. (“Jaki,” “we,” or “us”) handles information through this public website, inquiries, purchases, the Aircraft Privacy Report, and Jaki platform messaging. Separate client agreements may provide additional terms for private platform or consulting services.
Information you provide
When you request or purchase an Aircraft Privacy Report, we may collect the aircraft N-number, your name, email address, authorization attestation, and purchase information. The report does not request CARES, LADD, PIA, or other aircraft-owner documents.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, organization, role, and message content.
Transaction and technical information
Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes payment information. We receive transaction details such as purchaser contact information, amount, payment status, receipt and Checkout Session identifiers, but do not receive or store full card numbers.
The Site may process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request logs, security events, consent records, and similar technical information needed to operate the Site, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and document purchases.
Jaki does not use advertising trackers or sell purchaser information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Essential technologies may be used for security, forms, payments, and service operation. Linked providers may apply their own privacy notices.
Report evidence and public information
To prepare a report, we may process current FAA aircraft registry information, applicable state business-registry records, public flight-tracker pages, independent ADS-B observation metadata, exact-identity results from named aviation websites, and a bounded whole-web search.
Public-web review may process the result URL, indexed page title and snippet, source domain, result category, available publication date, retrieval date, and the exact-tail query that produced the result. Raw indexed titles and snippets are restricted to internal diagnostics. The customer report uses a descriptor built from structured fields such as domain, result category, date, matched identity, and match location. It never reproduces a scraped title, snippet, caption, personal name, or street address.
The private report may include a small, resolution-reduced thumbnail of a publicly indexed aircraft image, a source link, available photographer credit, and a perceptual hash used to identify the same image across aircraft identities. Jaki does not retain a full-resolution copy of the third-party image.
We do not retain or display raw ADS-B positions, routes, airport pairs, travel dates, or movement histories. The report does not reproduce personal names, residential addresses, staff or family names, or beneficial-owner identities surfaced through public-web results. When available, the cover identifies the registered owner exactly as stated in the checked FAA record, which may be an individual or an entity.
Where information comes from
Information may come from you or your authorized representative; FAA and state public-record systems; an approved ADS-B provider; a public-web search provider; publicly accessible third-party pages; Stripe; and technical systems used to operate and secure the Site.
Search and ADS-B provider requests should contain only the aircraft identifier needed for the query and should not include purchaser identity unless necessary and disclosed.
How we use information
We use information to validate report requests; prevent unauthorized or abusive use; collect payment; obtain and review evidence; prepare, deliver, correct, and support reports; provide receipts and service notices; maintain consent and transaction records; respond to inquiries; improve reliability; enforce our terms; and comply with legal obligations.
Report copy, status assignment, source classification, and candidate filtering use fixed deterministic rules and templates. Generative AI does not create or edit the report. We do not use correspondence or report requests to train public or third-party AI models.
When we share information
We may share the minimum information needed with providers that support payment processing, hosting, databases, email delivery, security, public-web search, and approved aircraft-data access. We may also share information with professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or parties to a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
A report may contain links to third-party public pages. Clicking a link sends your browser directly to that third party, which may collect information under its own privacy notice.
Retention
We retain report-request information, report materials, evidence records, and technical records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the product, maintain access, support corrections, preserve evidence integrity, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, tax, or security obligations.
Raw ADS-B positions, movement histories, and full-resolution third-party images are not retained. Transaction, consent, refund, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, and privacy request records may be retained for the period reasonably required by law and legitimate business needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including restricted access and protection of information in transit and at rest where appropriate. Sensitive supporting documents should be submitted only through a Jaki-approved secure process, not ordinary email. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided, or object to certain processing, subject to legal, security, transaction, and recordkeeping requirements. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the covered personal information within 30 days. We may retain the minimum information necessary to document and honor the request, and information that must or may be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, accounting, tax, legal claims, compliance, or another lawful purpose.
To submit a privacy request, contact [email protected]. We will explain if an exception prevents us from deleting particular information. We do not discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Platform messaging
If you use the Jaki platform or opt into SMS messaging, we may process phone numbers, consent and verification records, message content and metadata, delivery status, opt-out and support requests, and account identifiers needed to operate and audit the messaging program. Additional details appear in our Messaging Terms.
Children
The Site and Aircraft Privacy Report are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our services, providers, or legal obligations. The current version is posted here with its effective date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where required.
Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use, and Aircraft Privacy Report purchases are governed by the Aircraft Privacy Report Terms.
