Jaki Group, Inc. (“Jaki,” “we,” or “us”) respects privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to this public website (the “Site”) and inquiries you send to us through the Site or by email. It also describes how we handle SMS messaging information for users of the Jaki platform. Separate client agreements may include additional terms for platform services.
Information we collect
We do not ask visitors to create an account on the Site. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technologies, and we do not track visitors over time and across third-party websites.
The Site may process limited technical information needed to load and protect the Site, such as IP address, browser or device information, and request logs.
If you email us or otherwise contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, role, and the contents of your message.
If you use the Jaki platform or opt into SMS messaging, we may process phone numbers, consent records, verification status, message content, message metadata, delivery status, opt-out requests, support requests, account identifiers, and related technical records needed to operate and audit the messaging program.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential client, vendor, or partner relationships, coordinate follow-up, operate and protect the Site, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
We use platform messaging information to send verification codes, account and service notices, household operations updates, task coordination messages, service updates, and replies from Jaki AI; to honor STOP, START, and HELP requests; to prevent abuse; to maintain consent and delivery records; and to comply with carrier, legal, and platform obligations.
We do not sell personal information, use tracking advertising, or use correspondence from the Site to train AI models.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate email, hosting, security, and business systems; professional advisers; authorities when required by law; or in connection with a corporate transaction. We may also share information with a vendor, partner, or other contact when you ask us to coordinate with them.
For SMS messaging, we may share information with communications providers, carriers, platform infrastructure providers, and compliance reviewers as needed to deliver messages, process opt-in and opt-out status, investigate delivery issues, and verify that the messaging program is operating with consent.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence and related business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we maintain. No website, email, or internet transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the record of correspondence you have sent to us, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. To make a request, write to [email protected].
You can opt out of Jaki SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request assistance by replying HELP or by emailing us. Some operational records may be retained where needed for security, legal, compliance, or audit purposes.
Other details
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.
Because the Site does not track visitors over time and across third-party websites, browser Do Not Track or similar preference signals do not change how the Site operates.
