Refund and Fulfillment Policy

Jaki validates the submitted N-number format before opening checkout. The public-record matching process begins after payment and does not require owner documents.

The Aircraft Privacy Report is usually delivered within 30 minutes after successful payment by an email containing private links to the web report and PDF. Please allow up to 24 hours if provider availability, conflicting evidence, an exceptional safety or authorization review, or a delivery issue requires attention.

If Jaki cannot deliver within 24 hours, the purchaser may accept a specific updated deadline or request a full refund. The web report and PDF links are intended to remain available for 12 months after delivery. During that period, Jaki will restore access or provide a replacement copy if a link fails, subject to the access restrictions in the Aircraft Privacy Report Terms.

Automated research begins immediately after successful payment. An order cannot be canceled merely because processing has begun or the report has been completed. This does not limit the refund rights stated below or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Jaki will provide a full refund when we charge you but cannot reasonably validate the request, cannot provide the purchased report, cancel the request for safety or authorization reasons, or fail to deliver within the stated deadline without your agreement to an extension.

If a duplicate charge occurs, we will refund the duplicate after verification. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and card-network processing times may vary.

A completed report may contain one or more Not determined findings. Because that status accurately communicates an evidence limitation, it is part of the purchased report and does not by itself entitle the purchaser to a refund.

A result of no public exposure found, a public source’s later change or removal, or disagreement with an evidence-supported finding also does not by itself make the report undelivered. We will correct a material transcription, matching, or source-link error without charge. If we cannot correct a material error, we will provide a full refund.

Contact [email protected] within 14 days after delivery and include the order reference and a concise description of the issue. We may request information needed to verify the purchaser and transaction.

A request to restore a report link may be made at any time during the stated 12-month access period.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
