Aircraft Privacy Report Terms

Last updated July 26, 2026

These Aircraft Privacy Report Terms govern each purchase of an Aircraft Privacy Report from Jaki Group, Inc. They supplement the Terms of Use. By accepting these terms and purchasing a report, you agree to both documents.

Who may order

You may order a report only if you are the aircraft owner, operator, or a representative authorized to request the report for a legitimate privacy purpose. You must provide an accurate N-number, delivery information, and authorization attestation.

A payment card is not by itself proof of authority. Jaki may hold a request for review, refuse delivery, or issue a refund when the authorization attestation appears unreliable.

What the report includes

The report assesses five areas for one U.S.-registered aircraft: FAA owner-data exposure, public ownership linkage, public flight-tracker visibility, registry-derived permanent ICAO broadcast visibility, and public web and photo mentions.

Each check includes an as-of date, an evidence category, a plain-language finding, a status, a limitation, and an applicable next step. Public-web findings use exact current and former N-number matches. Named aviation searches are supplemented by a bounded whole-web query whose results must also be consistent with the aircraft make or model.

Status meanings

Exposure found means positive public evidence was located. No public exposure found means the stated check completed without locating public evidence. Not determined means the check could not be completed or the result is ambiguous. Not applicable means the public-exposure check does not apply to the aircraft.

Not observed does not mean protected. No public exposure found is not a guarantee that no exposure exists.

Evidence

Evidence may come from FAA and state public records, approved provider data, public flight-tracker pages, and exact-identity results from named aviation sources and a bounded whole-web search. The report requires no CARES, LADD, PIA, or other aircraft-owner documents.

Report findings are generated from fixed templates populated by structured check results. Generative AI does not create, edit, classify, or summarize the report.

What the report does not include

The report does not show or provide live or historical positions, routes, airports, dates of travel, home-base inferences, movement patterns, raw ADS-B records, beneficial owner names, personal addresses, or names of family members, staff, or passengers.

It is not a comprehensive security assessment, title report, ownership opinion, background check, consumer report, legal opinion, or guarantee of privacy or anonymity. It does not enroll an aircraft in CARES, LADD, or PIA or change an aircraft record.

Public web, photo results, and third-party content

Automated review combines exact-tail searches of named aviation databases, including JetPhotos, Planespotters, FlightAware, and Flightradar24, with a bounded whole-web search. Wider-web results are included only when the exact N-number appears and the indexed aircraft make or model is consistent with the report aircraft. Results may still be incomplete, duplicated, mislabeled, removed, or changed. No result does not establish that no public mention exists.

Jaki provides source links and limited identifying metadata; it does not grant rights in third-party posts, articles, or images. Linked content belongs to its respective owner and may be subject to separate terms.

A report may include a small, resolution-reduced thumbnail of a publicly indexed aircraft image from a named aviation database or other approved source, solely to identify and document the reported exposure. The report will identify the source site, provide a link to the source, and include photographer credit when the source provides it. Jaki does not store a full-resolution copy. Jaki may use metadata and a link instead of a thumbnail when reproduction is not appropriate or when a source owner requests correction or removal.

A thumbnail is part of the purchaser’s private security assessment. You may not extract, separately publish, sell, or redistribute it. Inclusion does not transfer any ownership or license in the underlying image.

Delivery, corrections, and refunds

Jaki aims to deliver the private web report and email by the next business day after successful payment. Provider outages, conflicting evidence, or authorization review may require a review-in-progress notice or an updated delivery time.

If Jaki cannot provide the purchased report, we will issue a refund. Not determined findings, a result of no public exposure found, or a third party’s later removal of linked content do not by themselves make a delivered report defective. Additional details appear in the Refund and Fulfillment Policy.

Permitted and prohibited use

The report is licensed for the purchaser’s authorized internal privacy review. You may share it with the aircraft owner, operator, flight department, attorney, insurer, or adviser supporting that same privacy review.

You may not publish, sell, license, aggregate, or use the report to track, stalk, harass, threaten, surveil, discriminate against, or facilitate harm to a person. You may not use it for credit, employment, housing, insurance underwriting, eligibility, or an adverse-action decision.

No affiliation or endorsement

Jaki is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the FAA, NBAA, Brave, Google, Serper, an ADS-B provider, a state registry, a search result publisher, or another identified third party. Program and provider names identify evidence sources only.
